Using video conferencing tools like Zoom, Meet and Teams our social lives as well as our business lives have changed beyond recognition. Never has communication training been more relevant now remote working is common and permanent.
When the pandemic hit, like businesses across the country we quickly adapted our way of working and created our courses on Zoom.
In person or online?
Online Video has become the new mass media, and we now offer high quality courses via zoom with additional tips and techniques on how you can look and sound confident and professional on video platforms.
Whilst we’re back to face-to-face training some of our clients now prefer to keep their training online. Its easier to set up diary-wise and is very cost efficient!
As in our face-to-face training we’ll work with you on what the media is looking for, how best to get your message across, how to prepare for interviews, what happens behind the scenes, and how to deal with a whole range of interviews from good news stories to a crisis.

Steve and Caroline put so much work into our media training session. Their work beforehand to develop real scenarios for interviews made for a really authentic training experience for our councillors and senior officers.
